Three Kids Taught Me More About Real Estate Than I Expected

Being a mom of three and a REALTOR® at the same time means my days rarely go as planned. Somewhere between school drop-off, a showing that runs long, and a soccer game at 5, the schedule I woke up with is usually not the schedule I end the day with. And honestly, that's exactly what makes me good at this job.

What Chaos Teaches You About Patience

I know what it's like to house hunt with a toddler melting down in the back seat because we've been in the car for twenty minutes too long. I know why "just one more showing" can feel impossible when there's a practice to get to, a dinner that needs to happen, a kid who needs help with homework. Real life doesn't pause for a home search, and I've never pretended it should.

That's made me a more patient agent, not just with parents, but with anyone whose life doesn't have a lot of extra room in it.
