Most buyers tour too many homes — which sounds thorough but actually leads to decision fatigue, blurred memory, and "house regret" after closing.
When I do the heavy lifting on the front end (verifying square footage, checking comparable sales, scanning disclosures, walking the lot in advance when possible), every home you tour is a real candidate. You see fewer homes, but each one matters more.
